2002 Error, Lobby communication error.

Update- I installed the client on my laptop, same problem. Modem configurations look all fine. It doesn't seem like the problem is on my end at all. I'm assuming this is a Square enix needs to sort it out with comcast deal.

for those of you with the 2002 error and used spotflux as a work around try changing your dns settings to dynamic in your router/modem settings it fixed the problem for me. hope this helps at least some of you

Just changing it to dynamic didn't fix my issue. After I did this and it didn't work I played around a little more. I added a DDNS and changed my routers firewall setting to minimal from typical. After I did these two things it started working.
