    Security Token - Android - Backup How?

    How can I get (or back up) the recovery key? Almost certain I logged it when I installed the app but can't find it and want to make sure I can recover effortlessly if my phone disappears or dies.

    Is there a way to view it or is it stored on the file-system somewhere I can peruse?

    You probably want to contact SE Customer Service for that kind of information. Just use the Online Chat function and they should be able to help you out in regards of getting an Emergency Security Token password.

    If you sign into the SE management site (https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...n?cont=account) using your username, password and one-time password from the app, it will take you to your management page. On there you will see an Emergency Removal Password (long string of random characters) Save that somewhere safe, and if you lose your phone you will need to use that to remove the software token from your account.

    Forgot to update the thread, went to update card details in Mogstation and saw it plain as day!
