    Hi, i have a quick question.

    So i have a quick question. Since i for some reason am not allowed to post in General Discussion.. because i've wasted my first post in there? Some how? Since i've not even done a single post in there?

    Anyway, enough about some stupid bug.

    My query is:

    I'm not much in-tack with the news or anything else in general since it's rather delayed where i'am and i've only ever been receiving from word of mouth on SE's movements, baaaad Customer support; They never respond to Customer tickets.. Ever, lol.

    "Realm Transfers?" what's going on with them. I'm on the wrong realm, i'd prefer to be on an english speaking server instead of a jap one. Not that fluent in Japanese... lol.

    Are you serious.. Ahh. Bad customer service, SE.. you should be ashamed. In the first place, my problem was when i joined the NA server Behemoth. I was in the game and it came up with some stupid Error, then said redirected at the end of the DC'd note.

    I log back in to find i'm now on the Bahamut jap server... I've opened up two tickets to SE, since the EA. They've responded that they've looked at the ticket, other then that no responses... GOD i wish they'd get their act together. Like i've seen someone say in a previous thread. "Now paying customers.. shouldn't be treated so badly."

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
