Stuck trying to load into "The Waking Shore"

Hey there, I was on the story mission where you are sent to the Waking Shore to speak to the scion group. I talked to the lalafell upstairs and then as I go downstairs to talk to the elf, I pick my bracelet and then it tries to load me into the next area.

Unfortunately this is where it continually crashes me. I have not been able to successfully log in since yesterday afternoon. Aside from the constant no being able to get a spot in the game, the few chances I did manage to get into the game, it would try loading me into that area and the game would crash.

I've tried to log into the game twice already this morning and both times the game has crashed on me. I'm sorry I can't remember any more of the details of the quest, I haven't seen it since yesterday afternoon.
