i bought UGC accessed the site

the searched for FFXIV clicked on redeem code

then it takes me to Account management not code redemption page

note my account is EU

anyone know where i can redeem it for Crysta?

went to renew sub

it taken me to credit card registration

clicked on renew sub by game card but it seems it accept time cards only

got it through trustworthy retailer as i got many different types of cards from it

maybe it has someway to redeem it?

Uhm - try to contact the retailer for an advice, failing that the SE Customer Support. By "where" I meant mainly which location / country / region just in case it's somehow region locked / dependant.

and i live in middle east got the code by buying it from a retailer called One card

I know that some of those card works differently in differnt regions like in NA / US it actually recharges your Crysta which then is used to pay your sub while in EU it adds the days to your sub directly and so on. I'm out of ideas here ...

i contacted Costumer Service and will se how to add it up

they have Ultimate Game Cards as payment for Crysta before but dunno now if they changed the way to redeem it or what

since store.playspan.com site is down for some reason unless my ISP blocked it
