Text error in some quests - wont = known

I forgot to write down which quests but basically when an NPC says something like "they are known for...." or "It is known that..." It actually has the word wont instead of known. This happened twice yesterday while I was running around doing low level quests.

If anyone else comes across this perhaps make a note in here? I'll add in any more I find this week too.

I have noticed a few instances of "wont" in NPC dialogue, I couldn't figure out what "wont" was actually supposed to mean, I thought on a few occasions perhaps it was meant to be "want", but it defiantly didn't mean "Won't" (the contraction of will not)

Last time I saw "wont" pop up was when I was first talking to Minfilia at the Walking Sands.

Sigh. I wonder how many of these threads based on a misunderstanding of the language we speak are going to flood this forum. "Wont" is exactly the proper word there and is not the same word as "won't"

This is old English (well in fact its not its middle English but most don"t know the difference and call all archaic English old English.)

Nice one, I had never read the word wont before, and assumed the second and third definition were spelt conventionally as 'want', Who says games aren't educational.

Hehe that's kind of funny. Though to nitpick its not text in the quest. its text in the help tooltip. A bit less important.

Wont is an actual word?? But it doesn't make sense! I had to re-read the in game text about 3 times to work out what was wrong, and the word wont is definitely wrong. It just shouldn't even be there because it complicates everything. It doesn't flow properly, and the meanings of "wont" sound ridiculous as well. Should definitely be changed.
