This worked for me:
Port forward all UDP/TCP ports to 55296-55551.
Port 443 UDP should also be forwarded.
Now this might screw something else up so dont blame me if it does. It gave me a stable d/l speed around 700kb/sec the moment I did it.

its obviously not my isp since all other p2p works
And even with port forwarding (which fixes it somewhat) its still incredibly unstable. (going from 300kb/s to 5kb/s to 50 kb/s every 10 seconds)
Their system is just really poorly designed.
