I was wondering where I would redeem this code so I can get my CE items. I've got a code which has 18 digits layed out like XXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX and I got no idea where I enter this code at all.

Also, I was meant to get 30 free days, is that the code which would give me that?

Log in at the MogStation and you will be able to redeem your code there.

That one looks like you should register it on the SE members site. You want a 12 digit promo code for the ps3, should be in the box!

In the Mogstation I go to add a platform and the code won't fit in properly there. Also, the 12 digit code I entered was the pre-order code I had, and I got my pre-order items but I just can't figure out where to put in my 18 digit code. Do I have to do it on the PS3 itself?

I have the same issue. the "MOG Station" says Standard Remaining Days ： 2 days (Free Trial Period)" and "To play FINAL FANTASY XIV on the PlayStation®3, you must first either purchase the digital download, or apply a registration code through the Sony Entertainment Network." so I logged onto the Sony Entertainment Network and found that they have my down for ps3 C.E.. but I still do not get the "in game " stuff.

I did this last night, the 4-4-4 code is the PSN Code, you redeem it under the Account Management actions on your Playstation home screen, I have yet to find a use for the other code as the URL printed on the flyer doesn't work.

I entered the 4-4-4 code and then when I started FF XIV it asked me to confirm relinking my account, at which point it credited me with 30 days to my account and sent me all the CE items via delivery Moogle (which were all waiting after I logged in).

This is where it's getting me. I linked my PS3 account with my SE account after I entered the code in when I started the game, but all it did was give me pre-order bonuses and all my collector's edition items haven't been received, nor my 30 days game time.

Sounds like the wrong code then. I would suggest you contact their support people and ask them to verify that it is a valid CE code.

found it. once you have registered your C.E. with sony. then you have to download the whole game, again. a screen will pop up between logging up and game start up that has you "update" your game. once you do that the mog station will update and you will get your bonus. This sounds like its only go for people who has a physical copy of the C.E. of the ps3.

Thats not right. You should have receiver two 4-4-4 codes. One when you preordered the game which gives you the preorder items and early access. The second is located in the game case in one of the booklets which will give you your C.E. items. You will not need to update/download the game again.
