Upgrading to Collector's Edition

I cannot for the life of me find this anywhere on the Mog Station site. Nor can I find how to add a subscription. What am I missing?

Once you log in, go to Account Services. There, you should see your account type (with your character names on the right). Above that, there are 4 square buttons. One is for Subscription Services, and another is specifically for upgrading to the CE.

It says my account status is "none" and when I put in my key, it says it's already been registered.

It did that to me yesterday.. I logged out and re logged back into the mog station specifically (instead of getting to it from the FFXIV site).
I also got an email from Square today telling me that my game was ready to play (they also included the EA instructions, amusingly). Did you order from SE themselves, or from another site/company?

SE. The digital download. I just got some email earlier from wgt.digitalriver.com with another key, that's different from the one I got before. It looks sketchy but it worked for some reason.

Nope, the digitalriver email address is the same one that I got something from earler I'm certain it's a Square Enix service. Glad you got it working!
