    No it was not, nor did they said they would put it in this patch.
    They just started posting the pages for it. We'll have to wait a bit longer for companies, they did said they were waiting for some others changes to come before.
    It should be soon though, maybe next month?

    It states right on lodestone that it did
    "To learn all about this exciting new facet to the FINAL FANTASY XIV world and better prepare for the Grand Company-related content being released in patch 1.17, click here."

    And people around the forums have stated they have started some of the grand company quests. I just assumed they would have released more info on it. Since it was such a big deal in the first place lol
