    Grand Companies are not in this patch btw. The side-quests related to them are basically just preludes to the creation of the new Grand Companies. Almost a call to arms of sorts.

    Oooooh yeah, so before the patch everyone was saying "Yeeeee we are getting Companies"
    And now "Nobody said Comanies were gonna be implemented in this patch ù.ù"

    So the much anticipated Companies info is just that page on the lodestone... LOL

    Did all the Company related side-quests (I think...). You get 3 Unique/Untradable potions (Dusken Draught, Kiss of the Morning Meadow, Onyx Tear) and the satisfaction of knowing you basically set the ball in motion.
