One-Time Name Change Failure

[Final-Fantasy]

Greetings,

I am a 1.0 account holder with a Character that had Successfully used the One-Time character edit. I changed my characters name during the edit process and logged in and played for a while then logged out (yesterday).
Now, today I logged in and notice my characters name has been changed back to the original name.
The name was successfully changed once, but it is NOT reflected in-game after login.

NOTE I did get a login error when first loading my character into the game after successful edit, I had to re-edit my character after this error (World is full, please wait), re-name it again (successful) and login once more (successful).

Please assist

Edit: Character in question is Fatal Fury on Excalibur.
