    I had this problem yesterday, it happened as SOON as I pressed my button for my TS3 Overlay, do you have an overlay?

    I had to restart to fix it, then it clicked to me that I had turned on my overlay at the same time it happened.

    I have no overlays running, no antivirus running, and no other programs in general running... Even running this game on its lowest settings in window mode still causes these 2 things to happen (on a 2013 top of the line gaming comp)

    makes no sense!
