I hadn't even gotten an upgrade and I'm still having issues with mine. A friend bought me the CE digital download and I got my items but I still can't connect my game with the Mog Station. They say phone support wait time is almost three hours long. I sent in a support ticket yesterday but they sent me an email stating it would be answered within 48 hours or two business days. Well this is Friday, take Saturday and Sunday off, add Monday as labor day and I might not get answered till freaking Tuesday, Wednesday at this rate. All I have to say is you're better off sending a support ticket in unless you want to be listening to elevator music for two hours -___-
