    Social and Chat Bug

    When you are in instance or some duty quest, you can't receive tells.
    Also when you are in instance, friend list is unavailable.

    This might be design. But it is completely not right. Please fix this issue.
    Can't communicate with friend during duty or instance is a killer to a MMO.

    They already said this is by design and wont fix. the reason being is because the instanced servers are not world-specific, thus, those channels are temporarily unavailable.

    Then it is a very bad design and need to be changed. Imagine in the future large group raid unable to communicate with other people out of instance.
