    Registration Codes are Invalid

    I pre-ordered the Digital Collector's Edition on the 25th, and for whatever reason the codes that were given to me are invalid. I missed the early access and the launch because of this.
    I tried to open an email support ticket, only to find out that the ticket has completely disappeared from the support page two days later.

    Can someone please tell me if valid codes are going to be sent out?
    Should I just twiddle my thumbs and wait for customer service to answer my second email support request, and NOT delete it for no reason this time?

    I'm really upset by this...

    (Also before anybody asks, my character was made during beta, I am NOT able to play because technically I don't even have the game!!!)
