Didn't Receive Code - Not In Spam Folder

I see that I only have 3 days left to play the game. On the Mog Station site it says I have the Pre-Order and Early Access codes entered, but not the actual product code. I only ever received the other codes, and while I've seen posts saying "check your spam folder", that's the first thing I did and it is not there. Is there a place to enter my information and have it sent to me again? Or is it listed somewhere that I am unaware of?

To be more specific about the situation, it is the PC version, purchased through SquareEnix, not Amazon or any other service. I've been playing since Beta 3, so when the early access began, I just used the Beta 4 downloader which updated and let me play (as I read I could do, rather than reinstalling the game). It never asked me for another code, and the only reason I knew to check and see if I had my free month or not was because my coworker mentioned it this morning to make sure I entered the code.

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. Thanks in advance.

Well my friend helped me find where I needed to go to get the code. So this issue has been resolved.

I have the same problem. It would have been nice if you had shared the info on how to get the code resent.

Sorry about that, I didn't know if anyone else was having this issue because there wasn't a response initially. If you purchased through Square, you go to the following site:

https://www.findmyorder.com/

And put in your information. It will then display your code on the screen. There will be two actually, and I don't know what the other even is.

Correct I went to find my order on the digital river website. link was in you original purchase email. There you will find your game product key. The key in the email is for pre order. Talk about confusing.

If you purchased through GameStop:

Open the GameStop app > Go to My Games > Click on the game (Collectors edition is seperate) > Click Product Code

Go to MogStation. Enter code and voila!
