however in any case All Good MMO games F2P and P2P Have bad starts. I am almost sure that FFXI had these issues and I am willing to bet that WoW Had these Issues Hell even NW Had these Issues and I am sure the new ESO Will have these issues.

Sure we paid for the game however these guys all gave us Free time to start and I am seeing a lot got a Full Month where as some got 2 weeks free. All it takes though folks is a little Patience and some time. I am sure when this game gets everything done they need done this game will be roaring. Sure they shoulda done more voice acting for the quest givers but hey beggers cant be choosers LoL....Hope Everyone has a Fun Day today when the servers come back online

Read the license agreements etc. Just because your "paying" to use this service dose not mean you have the right to demand anything from it.
You do not own or part own anything you are paying for other than a useless game DVD sold to you in a box(if that). You are just paying for the opotunity / chance to play this game as and when SE deem it so.

Make of it what you will; I have endured the errors and simply enjoy the game it is fleshing out thus far and am in for the long haul. For those literally not able to log in a single time, though at these hours minus the current maintenance, logging in has been easy if that's of any console, then I lament your loss and wish continued temperance if you seek it.

Yes this could "should" be working and completely... I'm like everyone else.. beyond pissed! Beta 4 I stayed up hours upon hours trying to log in... was a 3102 victim during and only played my main 6 hours...
easily access got maybe 12 hours spent the rest spamming log in and now when I get off work in an hour I'll be trying again. This is ridiculous I payed I should get to play whenever. Did they fuck up? Yes! But I'm still here giving info that I find for others like myself who are waiting in hopes for a game. If you don't like it throw in the towel thats less waiting for me. Try getting a refund.(good luck)

I am not trying to change the subject here but for one I am glad to see something finally from SE about this issue but to fanboys / white knights or what ever these people call themselves or get call please stop using the obvious marketing play Yoshi used at his press conference as a he cares for us. This site should of been his first place to explain what was going on not wiping out the tears world wide to show he care. If he care he would of been communicating with the community the entire time to keep things on the up and up with us the players and fans of FF.

This section shows it is a marketing ploy to make the disgruntle players feels he is doing everything when he could of wrote us without a big show and ment more:

and before I am flamed I have been a FF fan since the original NES game which I still own and it works even still has the nice ocean spot glitch that if you hit it crashed the game. But I still congratulate them on finally learning that we need communication to help our minds about the game and a week ain't to bad of a wait but still this should of been delt with during phase 4 not the release stage or pre-release.
