    Fate - Level sync

    When we join a lower level fate there is the button to sync our level to the lower level fate. An issue with this is that a lot of our abilities are higher ranks & cannot actually but used. It would be great if we sync to the Fate it would decrease our abilities to the correct level then reset them back up when the Fate is over.
