    Registered? Not Registered? Character bound for deletion or...?

    With Squeenix's TERRIBLE website, I think I finally managed to input my CC info for a subscription by enabling the damn crysta system and entering the info, but I'm still not sure...

    Whenever I log into my account there, it STILL says "account not registered" AND I can't install the OTP for my phone because it says that I haven't registered a product to my account, despite being the same U/N P/W combination for the Mog Station that CLEARLY shows I have "FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account."

    All in all... wtf were they thinking with this design?? Drunk?

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
