How the hell do I get a server?

Ok, I made a character during early access. NOW I cant log onto that character because of over pop. I want to start a new character on a different server, HOWEVER is there any way to find the pop of servers, so the same thing doesn't happen again tomorrow

Unfortunately there is no way to tell how many people are on a server. It is pick and choose and hope that a) you can even MAKE a new character on an NA / EU server and b) that it will be available tomorrow to log in.

Sorry if this is not the news you were looking for, but until they actually fix the login issue and lift the log in restrictions, it is a crap shoot on which server is less populated

If your character is made on a server then you should be able to log into the server. Unless you are getting a specific error message? Was it an error message that popped up and not, "Server is full, Position in queue etc"? More information in the OP would help.

But if you have a character made on a server and that server is up then you should be able to log in.

That's not how it works sadly. Because of the login restrictions you can be rejected and not even placed in the queue to enter your server. You just have to try over and over and over again, straining the systems even more and only get in because of sheer luck and determination instead of any resemblance of "fairness".

I have the same problem too I created a character in p4 but now it is getting harder to get in to the server. My only advise to you is to go to JP server and start again. It might suck starting all over again, but it is better than waiting for a spot to open in your first character's server. Also, don't be afraid there tons of ppl in JP thats speak english.

If you are trying to create a character on another server that is locked, wait for slow times (like 6AM EST) and most all the servers will be open enough to create a new character. Otherwise, pretty much all you can do is spam A (controller) or 0 (keyboard) until it lets you into the game.
