I bought from Amazon, so I'm about to leave a scathing review of the game.
This isn't an issue of the DEVs not caring or not paying attention to the issue. They are fully aware of the situation and are working at this very moment to correct the issue. They can't just wave a wand and fix everything, it takes time. I'm just as upset because it takes me hours to log in when I only have two at most to play, but I understand that they're working to fix it. All the DEVs are asking for is a little patience and understanding while they work to fix it.
They've had since open beta to fix these issues. They've done what basically amounts to nothing. NA/EU servers have problems, it goes days without anything helping them.This isn't an issue of the DEVs not caring or not paying attention to the issue. The minute a JP server has a problem, it is fixed within 30 minutes to an hour.

That very well may be true, but someone over at SE should be saying, "We need to put someone on our OFFICIAL BOARDS and give our paying customers a quick update on the status of this effort." After all, that would be the right thing to do. Bowen seriously working on it.. bother to read a bit as its nowhere on their list of issues to resolve.
Yes, they've had since open beta to fix the issue. And they probably thought it was resolved already before EA. That was a huge mistake on their part and I was plenty pissed off when I encountered the issue.
Can you provide any examples? I'm not sure I recall anything like that happening.
