Game very choppy @ 35-60 fps

Hey everyone! I'm not able to play at the moment (1017 ) but when I am I've been getting very choppy performance even with decent FPS. Even the casting bar moves sluggish. No other games I own show this behavior and I just wondered if anyone else had the same issues?

System specs:
AMD FX-6350 six core @ 4.2ghz - Hyper 212+ Cooler
HIS 7870 GHZ edition - IceQ cooler - Latest official release drivers
8GB G.SKill Sniper 1866mhz
1TB WD black HDD

Thermals are not the issue. Have an Antec 900 case, GPU never goes over 65c and cpu never over 40c.

It just seems to run incredibly choppy at all FPS :/ Borderless windowed and Full screen are identical, no performance difference. Any ideas?

Some users have experienced choppy framerate and it might have something to do with Vsync; disable it in-game and see if that works out for you. All else attempt to disable via AMD's Config Panel and restart the game.

Also in Graphics options enable Occlusion Culling and experiment with LOD and LOD Streaming as these should give you nice performance boosts.

For a nice boost in performance I recommend lowering SSAO from Strong to Weak as their usage of SSAO is really poor and personally weak looks better then strong.

I had a choppy game but i had checked the 30 fps radiobox then i tried 60 and much better, also dragging quest items to deliver is much more precise.
