Not sure what prices you were looking at, but 12.99 USD over 180 days is only $87.34 AUD, versus $98.52 with the Euro option.
I agree it's not a huge number but that still ends up being another month of paid time.
How do you figure that? $1 AU is equal to $1.50 Euro, or $1.12 US.
Yeah, I'm a Brisbanite and this bugged me even in the days of 1.xx. I think we're physically closer to NA and have a much closer currency to USD but instead we get overcharged Euros..? Doesn't make any sense at all to me...
Fellow Aussies! You can get it at 15.50 AUD at the link below

You're both absolutely right, my apologies. But I still stand by my point about the upcoming riot.
So Aya Akali, your fine with the extra cost maybe? cost I for one am not.
We need to push this to their attention, and make them change the billing rate.
The company has a right to set it's fees. We're paying the same as people in Europe pay - why should we be especially privileged more than Europeans? If you don't like the fees, then don't pay them.
That being said, if anything they should just base it on one currency - the Yen. Of course that'll get the US players up in arms since it seems their fees are cheaper than even the Japanese fee.
The Europeans are earning their money in there own currency with cost of living and economy of scale factored in to the gaming and entertainment cost of that region. The company has a right to set it's fees. Gees I know this is a first world problem but we are not paying the same price as are as we lose out in the exchange rate.
You can't say to me with a straight face that this type of billing is not outdated and we need to move the motion for change.
Btw I can't find the cancel subscription option in the Mog Station, anyone can help?
edit - NVM found it, have now canceled my sub, will try to source R6 retailers for game cards. Good luck to the rest of you guys.
