No CE items?

I am sure this has been asked in a few dozen posts but I didn't look.

I was curious as what I need to do to actually get them? I pre-ordered the CE from SE and when it came time to register any kind of code it was simply for the pre-order, which I did. When I started noticing people with CE gear floating around, I asked.

After being directed to the "Mog Station" I went there - still no idea. I cant find a place to register my serial number (as I was advised to do to get the CE items). The only thing place I could locate to enter any kind of key was for the pre-order, unless I didn't get my CE key for some reason as my serial number doesn't fit in the provided spaces.

Any help would be totally awesome, though.

If you bought a Physical CE Box, your screwwwwweeeeedddddd. You gotta buy a digital copy, isn't that soo nice of them?

I bought the digital copy, right from SE. Was scanning my e-mails for any clue of it but all I could find was my serial number and my pre-order key, the latter was already used as I have those items. Just not sure what needs to be done for me to get my CE items.

Me not being alone in this issue doesn't really make me feel better. I mean it doesn't totally kill the game for me - though a few other things might - still would like some kind of resolve to my only really major complaint since I did pay a wee extra for this. =/

it says the following "The pre-order bonus items "Cait Sith Doll Minion" and "Mog Cap" as well as the Collector's Edition bonus items "Helm of Light," "Coeurl Mount," "Behemoth Barding," and "Baby Behemoth Minion" will be delivered via the Moogle Letter when you log in after the game officially launches on Augus t27th."

I was early access, and the Doll minion and Mog Cap were by moggle mail. The cat appeared in my inventory after I took it from the mail. Double click the cat, and it will move to "actions&Traits" under minions on the left side.
The Mog Cap appear in my armoury when I pulled it from the mail.

As for CE, I did digital copy too. But nothing shows in my moggle mail for it.
The "digital rights steps" do not work, the code is "invalid". And the email about the in game CE items, says there is no code, and that is would be automatic.

SE is very backwards on the number of steps needed to accomplish anything.

I'm having the same issue. I actually got an e-mail in my spam folder about an hour ago WITH ANOTHER PRE-RELEASE CODE (The very same one), and where my Digital Rights should be in my e-mail reads "The_CD_key_that_comes_as_part_of_this_purchase_has_been_integrated_with_DLC_items_Please_note_that_the_DLC_items_no_longer_require_an_additional_code_to_access_your_content" Pre-ordered CE through SE, did not play 1.0.

That actually worked perfectly. Oddly the e-mail I needed from SE was in my spam folder, but that worked. Thank you!

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
