With appearance change in the future...

I understand many people disagree with name changes for a multitude of reasons, but with the availability of gender/race changes in the near future (form what I understand), wouldn't it be reasonable to offer at least a "paid" name change along with it? I ask because I can't quite decide on a race yet, but if I choose one and end up not liking it I would also like to change my name to go along with my new race, if that makes sense.

Just curious, does anyone know what Yoshi has said on the matter? I know previous 1.0 members had the option to change with 2.0 once, but what about the possibility in the future?

I really, really want to be able to remake my character entirely... I don't feel the name I chose for my Highlander would fit well with the Miqo'te that I want to change to. :/
