Yeah I have, There is no end they just keep adding content have you played a MMO before..??

The legacy credits are at the very end of the main story quest line.

I have actually, and FFXIV is one of those MMOs which have a thing called story arcs. Phantasy Star Online 2 is another game which happens to run in a similar fashion as, after beating Episode 1, you get to see the staff credits!
I have the feeling you won't believe me but I'll tell you anyway. Beat the main story quest of this particular story arc Yoshida and his team has prepared for everyone and
THEN you will see your credits.
