Sadly, at this point I lost all hope of them "taking notice". 45 pages and not a single reply, not a single tweet, nothing on their "news" section... I'm not amazed that they're not acknowledging the problem, after the disaster that was v1.0, and the login issues that lasted a week they can't afford to take more bad press. At least in the US you can buy a ultimate game card and use that to add crysta to your account, that seems to be working for most people. For EU and other countries you can buy a FFXIV game card... However, if you live in a country where SE did not approve the use of crysta OR time cards... You're pretty much SOL...
