Hey, I just wanted to confirm as well that calling Ultimate Pay about the Ultimate Game Card not processing is a solution to this issue. Called them up and they immediately (and very VERY politely I might add) processed 3 $20 UGC I purchased all at the same time. So, now I'm sitting on 6,000 Crysta to use up for the next few months.
Also, I didn't even ask, but the representative that helped me was kind enough to tell me why my account refused ALL forms of payment when trying to use Ultimate Pay. In my case it was because I tried paying via a VPN/Proxy Server. This immediately put up the 24 hour flag that blocks all forms of payment. Seeing as I am Military and stationed in S. Korea a VPN/Proxy is my only option otherwise it is also immediate denial of payments.
So, for those having trouble with Ultimate Pay working it's because you already tried a payment method that put up the red flag, whether it be a bad CC, using a VPN, or attempting to pay using a CC with a conflicting country IP Address (i.e. Me being in Korea using an American CC).
Lastly, she even pointed out that since I am military I can actually email the Ultimate pay support a copy of my driver's license and they can remove this red flag for being in another country ever occuring on my account since I am military.
This tells us two things. One, if ultimate pay declines your payments it actually isn't completely on SE, otherwise the representative wouldn't be able to remove the restriction from being in another country (or so I would imagine). The other thing it tells me is that Ultimate Pay has an EXTREMELY better customer support system. Especially if they make these sort of exceptions for military personnel. On a side note, that may have been the nicest most apologetic representative I have ever spoken to. If it were a SE representative I would've taken back all of the mean things I said about them these past two days. However; it wasn't...it was Ultimate Pay that fixed my issue.
Sorry for the long post I just wanted to give people the info I found out so it might clear some people's heads.
