yeap i was on the same boat after i tried all solutions and nothing worked SE support suggested to use a gamecard they guaranteed me that this would work 100% since it bypass all payment systems, good luck to everyoneSince I have no other way of paying other than using my CC, no crysta in my region, I called Global Collect regarding the error code, since Square Enix seems to have no employees for support, and explained the situation. They told me to send them a screen shot of the error page and an explanation. Its better than nothing at least. I hope they can help and do something. I tried adding 2 CCs with the same error every time.
The way SE is handling their support is so damn unprofessional. My ticket been there for more than 24 hours now with not a single reply. Good Job SE. Never had this kind of service before...
