    Since I have no other way of paying other than using my CC, no crysta in my region, I called Global Collect regarding the error code, since Square Enix seems to have no employees for support, and explained the situation. They told me to send them a screen shot of the error page and an explanation. Its better than nothing at least. I hope they can help and do something. I tried adding 2 CCs with the same error every time.

    The way SE is handling their support is so damn unprofessional. My ticket been there for more than 24 hours now with not a single reply. Good Job SE. Never had this kind of service before...

    yeap i was on the same boat after i tried all solutions and nothing worked SE support suggested to use a gamecard they guaranteed me that this would work 100% since it bypass all payment systems, good luck to everyone

    I did the exact same thing with Global Collect -- I hope they fix it otherwise we are screwed. My bank says Global Collect did not even attempt to try to authorize the payment on my card. Something in their process is failing before it even gets to try to charge the card....
