So as a last ditch effort I called GlobalCollect's CS and got a rep immediately. She asked me to take a screen shot of the error I'm receiving and mail it to their CS Email. Has anyone tried this?
I'm attempting to reproduce the error and the processing is just sitting on the Processing Payment screen with the globalcollect icon. Figures. haha![]()
I'm a returning 1.0 player, I tried subscribing all of yesterday with help from this thread and no success. I've sent them this ticket:

Details I cannot add crysta to my account, or actually pay you in any way shape or form because whenever I do try and give you money, I get errors 401 or 601.

VISA debit card - have also tried VISA credit card
- The country the card was issued in
United Kingdom
- The country you are currently in
United Kingdom
- The name of the bank that issued the card
HSBC
- The number of times you tried to process the payment after you got the initial error message

So, you have completely ignored that I have already given you the extra details which you have asked for.
The email registered to my Square Enix account is (removed)
Though I find it hard to believe that you do not have that information.
I have literally tried every option to try to register a card, add crysta to my account, via ultimate pay, paypal and ultimate game cards.
I'd like to bring this 40 page long forum topic on this issue, I am not the only person affected by this issue http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...601-CE-Upgrade
There is something seriously wrong with your payment systems, and I demand official recognition to this problem and a fix as soon as possible.
Im also 1.0 player and getting 401 and 601 while trying to set up subscription. I tried the live chat support instead email and it was even bigger joke. I queued for 2 hours and when it was finally my turn this is what i got:

There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.
So in other words they didnt even want to try reply on my ticket and instead kicked me off after waiting 2 hours for this.
