    I play on other games, one by a company called Kixeye, really terrible company, crappy costumer service, laggy glitchy game most of the time, but rest assured if something goes wrong with their payment options they get it fixed asap so they are back as fast as possible to take yer money... SE has payment issues people want to give them money and yet they dont take it..

    Unfortunately, this is about par for the course with SE. Has always been this way. Bit frustrating that they still can't get billing right after all these years. Seriously. Never had anything remotely close to these kinds of issues with ANY other MMORPG I've played over the past twelve years.

    Its how Japan is in general. Hell, most some hospitals are only open 9-8, so good luck getting admitted if you get in a car wreck at 3 am.

    The fact that a customer is having to call to track down Square Enix's problem is ridiculous.
