After getting ping pong'd by the twin errors 401 and 601 I've decided to contact the support center, I queued at 18, after 2hrs I've finally reached #1, few minutes later I get this:
"Status: Canceled
There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later."
This is unprofessional and your support center is the worst since 2004. I'm so disappointed.

Why can't those people be re-directed to centers that are open?
This is a global game, that is open 24 hours a day, you need to have support.
You don't open a 24 hour store and leave it unattended without CSRs. Why? Because Customers will have issues.

Unfortunately, this is about par for the course with SE. Has always been this way. Bit frustrating that they still can't get billing right after all these years. Seriously. Never had anything remotely close to these kinds of issues with ANY other MMORPG I've played over the past twelve years.Why can't those people be re-directed to centers that are open?

Its how Japan is in general. Hell, most some hospitals are only open 9-8, so good luck getting admitted if you get in a car wreck at 3 am.Why can't those people be re-directed to centers that are open?
