This goes past quit playing. Right now I'm infuriated that their customer service is nonresponsive. I would assume after the problem was discovered today that so many payments that were established suddenly disappeared, SOMEONE would have put out some kind of notice to the public. "hey sorry there was an error with ______. We understand your frustration and ask your patience as we work to fix the issue". Something!! But no, all day it's been quiet about this problem.

This isn't just a botched launch. This isn't just a botched relaunch. This is a complete breakdown of their system. This is the kind of thing that leads to massive distrust even among hardcore fans and eventual bankruptcy. Everything is compounding together very quickly and if they don't address these issues quickly WHILE informing their customers to their recognition of said issues and plans to fix them, that is ultimately where it is going to lead. They did a fantastic job keeping us informed when the old production team got canned and the new one stepped in to build this wonderful game for us to play. Jobs not done!!! Continue giving us that support or see your servers suddenly empty when no one can pay to play anymore.
