Error 401 and 601 CE Upgrade

I got 601 every single time I ever tried to subscribe with my CC in the past, and is why I was using click and buy when they had it. Still get it and thus had to use ultimate pay to upgrade my 1.0 to CE and set up a subscription, the same exact way Elendir did. Their system is just full of flaws.

I tried paypal and ultimatepay and neither of them worked for me... Still got 401 error.
