So I'm basically screwed until I can get a hold of support? Great...The thing is, once you get flagged by a system automatically because of "suspicious location" or whatever dumb user-unfriendly fraud protection there is, you get blocked in their system no matter where you try it from. I assume this is the case since I move around a lot and have never been able to use credit cards with their system.
Because it doesn't even get the info to the bank to verify, it just auto-declines without trying. Just like my $20 UGC card. Declined after being verified.
There needs to be someone from support who can remove that block, but they don't have anyone there who knows the problem or even enough staff in general which is ridiculous.
