Error 401 and 601 CE Upgrade

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've searched through their DB and it doesn't exist at all. I'll be mad if the promo ends and the problem has been on their side all along. the Customer Service has been of no help at all and I just keep getting thrown into a loop of errors. Doing it from the Account Management gives 401, Doing it from MogStation gives 601.

I am also getting the 601 error. It doesn't seem like a ridiculous amount of people are getting this error though but I am sure its not related to my computer because I tried to have my brother sign up for me and he also gets the error. Different cards don't work as well. I believe my account itself is bugged. Does anyone have the NA support number?

I tried chat support but they are unavailable...even tho support is suppose to be open from 9am pst and it is now 9:52am. I'm still waiting on a reply to email from over a week ago.

ok been on the phone for more than 2 hours and when they answer they just hang up the call!!!! assholes!
tried twice and the same problem

Tried to use 4 diferent credit cards and nothing all my credit cards are working perfectly and even took a dollar (1) from them! I hate them so much
tried to use Paypal and it get rejected
tried to buy crysta and same damn problem!

I hate you SE so much! they don't answer my tickets, no chat! no phone support!
worst Customer Support ever! SE should win the worst company of the year and not EA

Ohhh well its their loss, they will loose a Customer and I will loose a game.

I had the error 401 too, sometimes it said I don't have any character available, sometimes it shows I have my character, but after I entered credit card info, it gives me error 401 again..

Ya I had the same problem 401 and 601. I got on the online help chat (support desk) and found out that when I bought a digital collectors I already had a collectors because I am a 1.0 player with a collectors copy. So I was told that my 2.0 collectors that I had just bought, I can not add it to my account because I already have a collectors. Square upgraded my 1.0 collectors to 2.0 For free which is very cool but I did not know about it.

Everybody that had a 1.0 Collectors and bought a 2.0 collectors should return there copy before there 30 days are up I just go my money back for mine.

If I did not have the 401 and the 601 errors Square would still have my $49.00.

As much as the error sucked I thank square for the error it saved me $49. Thank You Square
