At least you are getting in Queue, for some reason I get:After getting ping pong'd by the twin errors 401 and 601 I've decided to contact the support center, I queued at 18, after 2hrs I've finally reached #1, few minutes later I get this:
"Status: Canceled
There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later."
This is unprofessional and your support center is the worst since 2004. I'm so disappointed.
