It was email. The one piece of useful information was that if a form of payment is declined, then all attempts to use that form of payment are automatically rejected for 24 hours. It wasn't clear, but maybe this means if one credit card is declined then all will be rejected for 24 hours. Seems strange because it seems like they'd block you if you typoed the number if that was the case. So perhaps they meant only that one card gets blocked for 24 hours.

In any case, this doesn't apply to me though since all forms of payment get rejected for me. But maybe it'll help someone if they tried all their cards in the same day (which a normal person would do).
