Bump. Ok, 1 full work day in US and 1 in Japan complete since this issue arose. Still no acknowledgement. SE, understand that it is considered POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to continuously deny a problem that obviously exists for numerous players.
Not sure that will work for me, because I can't even attempt to claim a card for Crysta. As soon as I choose how much Crysta I want, I just get error 11000 before I get payment options... :/
Tried to call Ultimate Pay and got through, he did not want to help me and told me to contact Square Enix.
So while trying to purchase the game cards I got declined by Walmart as well. Thinking ok? Maybe it is my card? I called my bank. They said that I have no holds/warnings on my account and then went over some additional troubleshooting with my and decided that they had no idea why the card was denied. Address, name and phone number all match.
I'm totally baffled by this.

Even though I'm set to Australia/Europe & Other Regions, I tried Euro VPN but no luck
Spoke to chat and if I cut out all the extra stuff, here's the relevant info I was advised:
As far as we are aware it's not an actual problem with our systems(it's more likely that all legacy/v1.0 players have now had all their free game time expire so it's why it seems there are so many at once)...before we escalate this for further investigation we have to ask that you contact your bank to make sure that no payments from SQUARE ENIX have been blocked for whatever reason(it's just something that we need to try) and to make sure that all the payment details are correct. Also to avoid any payment issues you can purchase Game Time cards to add to your account...I believe the guy to a degree and have a feeling the issue could be with GlobalCollect's relationship with my bank, though there's been no issues with other friend's with the same bank....there isn't anything else you can do I'm afraid. If it doesn't work in 24 hours please contact us again and we will escalate your details to our head office for investigation. After that I can't say what will happen sadly

Odd, i know my bank is exceptionally paranoid about my debit card and will block it if its a little cloudy out. As for my credit card while i got it through them they're much more open about that and let me make purchases in places they'd normally block (Europe is a big one they'd block, trying to buy game time for eve online when i played that was impossible with my debit card). If the banks are blocking it, however i feel its somewhat unlikely, its still extending to square as it seems this is resulting on blockers being placed on people's accounts which is why it requires contacting support for the ultimate game card to even get through because it seems the 2nd part of the problem is once a problem occurs your account is just locked all around from getting anything on it, be it subscription or Crysta through UltimatePay.In AU.

I also saw someone earlier mention PayPal should go through because its a 3rd party so the bank wouldn't block it, but that's not 100% true, they still see where the origin of the payment is from and will block it. So while i don't think it's the banks, even if it is PayPal won't save you as I've had a similar problem in the past with my debit card trying to get around their blocking policies (which basically is what forced me to get my current credit card because that doesn't get blocked.).

Same error.. When are they going to fix it? I am also having this issue. I contacted both Square-Enix and the credit card processor.. I have got no help from anyone yet. The banks say my cards are working fine. I can assure you the problem is NOT on our end. SQUARE-ENIX and GLOBAL COLLECT need to fix this issue and get on it. They are losing out on subscriptions and don't even care about it?????????????
Still no official response. Pathetic by SE.

It looks like WalMart is canceling those transactions now due to too many people trying to buy them.... Wow we're screwed...
