    Same here - although it didn't stop Paypal from deducting it from my account! TWICE! I now have a couple of those charges, as well as 4 different $1 authorization charges. What good times. /eyeroll

    I can't use my credit card that I use for everything else to pay for my subscription, nor can I use any method to acquire crysta since it is only available to people that live in the continental 48 states... So basically there's nothing I can do since they are NOT acknowledging that there is a problem...

    yep gettin the same things error 401/601 and ultimatepay declining my card... why can't SE fix this it's been goin on for effing months i had this issue w/ XI earlier this yr

    After 2 hours on hold with SE phone support (as well as having to call repeatedly due to busy signal), I finally got through and had him look it up.

    After 2 uses on a credit card and 2 on a debit card, they are locked down for a MONTH!

    His suggestion was to go to Playspan, or to head down to the local Walmart/Target/Bestbuy/Gamestop, whatever to buy the Ultimate Game Card. They 'supposedly' don't have enough information thus far to tell if it's restricted to 1.0 players or not - so either that IS the case, or the newest generation off XIV players don't know what a forum is.

    Guess I'll head down the street and grab a card, and more updates to follow.
