    Another 601 here. please let me put food on your table SE. I am also 1.0 CE customer, it seems the problem is restricted to us.

    This is the ticket I just opened up after my latest fairly to pay for crysta using an ultimate gamers card(i know the prepaid card was declined by SE?!?!!!). It reads as follows:

    "I'm going to write a ticket everyday until this is resolved. these are the steps I personally have taken in order to pay for the subscription fees:

    -Debit card(failed)
    -Credit card(failed)
    -Credit card from another bank(failed)
    -tried to sign up with ultimatepay(failed on their end)
    -purchase crysta using paypal(thought it worked but the next day the payment was canceled by YOU)
    -purchase crysta using an ultimate gamers card code(the code was seriously declined by you. That's odd because there's nothing connecting it to a bank or anything. It's a prepaid card!!!)

    So tell me SE, how do we resolve this issue. There are many MANY customers in the same boat. Just follow this link: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...601-CE-Upgrade

    There are other threads and many other forums posting problems with very little solutions and very little feedback from your company in general. Is this still a problem with my bank? It certainly doesn't feel like it to me."

    My wife and I had our subs for 90 renewal and v1.0 vets, woke up this morning and said we had no payment information, tried using 2 different cards from 2 different banks still got the same error


    I understand a botched launch, it happens, but when someone starts messing with yer money, its time to get out of sleepy land and get it fixed pronto

    Same here, also an V1.0 player.
    I have tried most of the methods mentioned above Credit card, Paypal, UltimatePay..etc, none of them works.
    As a former 11 player, I am disappointed with the SE once again.

    I'm a 1.0 CE legacy player, having the same issues. Two of my roommates are also 1.0 CE legacy members, and both are having the exact same issue. Incredibly frustrating. I've tried entering my credit card/debit card, only to get the 601. I also tried purchasing Crysta, only to have the order immediately canceled and my money refunded by the vendor.

    Just two more frustrating hours until we can hammer support, at least. Hopefully it can be resolved quickly.

    This goes past quit playing. Right now I'm infuriated that their customer service is nonresponsive. I would assume after the problem was discovered today that so many payments that were established suddenly disappeared, SOMEONE would have put out some kind of notice to the public. "hey sorry there was an error with ______. We understand your frustration and ask your patience as we work to fix the issue". Something!! But no, all day it's been quiet about this problem.

    This isn't just a botched launch. This isn't just a botched relaunch. This is a complete breakdown of their system. This is the kind of thing that leads to massive distrust even among hardcore fans and eventual bankruptcy. Everything is compounding together very quickly and if they don't address these issues quickly WHILE informing their customers to their recognition of said issues and plans to fix them, that is ultimately where it is going to lead. They did a fantastic job keeping us informed when the old production team got canned and the new one stepped in to build this wonderful game for us to play. Jobs not done!!! Continue giving us that support or see your servers suddenly empty when no one can pay to play anymore.

    Same problem here, a v1.0 CE account, tried 3 different cards from different banks and no luck.
    Since it's obvious the problem lies with Square I guess it makes no sense to keep trying. I just hope they manage to resolve it soon.
