i just want an answer from SE devs..how are you goimg to fix this mess

restricting the game play on release day just isnt a good marketing strategy...

what are you going to do about na/eu servers...we are too congested to even play...i have been trying to log in for the last 2 hrs (character and guild are on marboro server)

i would like to play when i get home from work not spend all evening trying to log in...

to me this seems like poor planning...did you not plan on big game sales? did you plan for the game to fail from start?

enlarge the servers..add more servers .. better data centers... na/eu team failed. it..while at same to jp server gets a hiccup they do an upgrade....we get a hiccup we get restricted so bad its almost unplayable

i had big hopes ..i'm an old gamer...squaresoft fan boy...very disappointed in this so far....

between the restriction, the r6025 virtual runtime error,and the mogsite account screwed up user interface that left many of us players with 2 accounts instead of a single account with EA and standard or CE game..instead of one account with both early access and the game

i dont wanna quit i dont wanna demand a refund...i dont wanna badmouth the game or square enix...i wanna play...i wanna have pride in square enix...please fix the game

sorry grey i didnt feel like at the time i posted this to dig through 3 pages to find your post..yes a simple response would be better than none at all...which is where the na/eu servers sit.. no one knows anything..and are just bitter and complaining....i want to complain ..but i want to just be open to posiblity that they are trying...even if we dont see it

Yes, they could be trying but on the other hand it would be nice to update their feeds once in a while; the last twitter feed @FF_XIV_EN posted was about their launch trailer. They didn't post anything about servers, downtime or any errors for that matter.
