Does game come with 30 days subscription?

So I purchased the PC version, collectors edition.

Having not been able to log in at all in the past few days aside, isnt this game supposed to come with a 30 day subscription?

I log in to my account and it tells me

"Remaining Days ： 3 days (Free Trial Period)"


I have played MANY MMO's in my day, and new purchases ALWAYS have given 30 day subscription....

what this person said is true.

i received an email today 8/27 with a code in it. this is the 3rd code i have received.

steps:
1. went to https://secure.square-enix.com
2. logged into my account
3. choose option on sidebar "select service"
4. choose FFxiv AAR (this will take you to Mogstation)
5. choose account services

this is where it gets hazy cause this screen looks different now that i uploaded code

6. i believe there should be a pc and ps3 button, i choose pc button
7. entered code from email that i received today (it actually has 2 codes on it. one code says "Digital Rights: xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx"
then there is another line with a code that has dashes xxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx-xxx. you want to choose the code on the line with digital rights.
8 got confirmation to add 30 days game time to account

Yeah their account management system is a complete wreck, I had the same issue as you. I ordered the game from greenmangaming, so when finally realizing I have to put a whole NEW code in, I went back to the website, and alas, there was a second code located in the game info for me. This web design is terrible ass thing to negotiate. Seriously, lodestone, then have to go to the mogstation or w/e it is to do account nonsense, etc etc.


I have NEVER had such issues even trying to get cd keys, and subscriptions set up.
