[Suggestion] Longer/extensible action bars and saving bars by class

And the saving per class thing would make my life soooo much easier lol. Wouldn't have to macro all those actions for my pug xD

Not to mention the macros are a bit slow when switching. Sometimes, (I don't know if lag does this,) but I find my macros don't equip my shield or finish all my /eactions.

Don't you just use macros to save "action bars" for each class?

I have multiple macros even for the same class, depending upon whether I am tanking or DPS role.

I usually play either MRD or PUG, but sometimes I switch to LNC with backup buffs, and I just hit a single macro button and all my actions and traits are set, takes about 30 sec for the game to run through the list and add them all.

Yeah I do, though it takes up 3-4 macro spaces, for just equipping actions and those are just my standard actions lol probably if i wanted to switch from tanking to dpsing id need another 2-3 macros just for that. Its really cumbersome and eventually ill run out of macro spaces >.<

I get this as well but not sure if it's an issue from a patch or not. When I first played before taking a break, I was able to switch jobs and load all my actions realitively quickly, now, I have the same issue you do which is, if you attempt to load a gear swap macro before your action bar(s) are set, it stops and vice versa if you gear first then try to do action bar(s). I thought it was just me but I guess not.
