[Suggestion] Longer/extensible action bars and saving bars by class

No reason? There definitely are two gigantic reasons: To be able to tell how long you have left on your cooldowns and to be able to bind all your bars at once.

You call them huge reasons, I call them minor inconveniences. It's all perspective, really.
