I took off 10 days in work to play this game.. 10 days from total of 20days/year. Yet i spend 4 days just watching 1017 beating me to reality. I don't really think that an apology is enough to overcome my pain. I was really naive to hope that those errors were only a beta test problems when its actually even worse..

I don't think SE doesn't care at all but it looks like you really don't. How about giving us more then an apology which can't return something like 1/5 of my vacation. Show us that you threat us as customers and not just as your pocket wallet. Show us that you are good enough to correct your mistakes with some real compensation!!!!!!

I saw your producer video. He was crying for us. But I am also crying for fly that I had to kill. If he had to cry from button of his heart then show it also with some real compensation.
