Notorious Biggs/Instance Skip Bug/Exploit

Steps:
1. Get to instance.
2. Walk into purple radius, triggering the instance menu.
3. Cancel instance instead of accepting.
4. Click on the instance again.
5. Instance disappears and the quest is cleared.

I am not sure if this is a problem with all of the instances right now or if it's just this one. I canceled the instance at the time because I muted the sound and was listening to my own soundtrack. Instances usually have their own music so I wanted to turn it back on. I thought it was weird when it gave me the "waiting..." when I clicked on the instance. I should have just re-entered the radius instead of clicking the instance, but I suppose that's how this is discovered in the first place.
