i ordered the ce edition because i thought i would get the Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Behemoth Barding, and Coeurl Mount but all i got was the regular version items in my delivery box. i dont know what to do about it. if this is not the right place to post this then please point me in the right direction.

Did you download digitally? For some reason the Email with the CE code is being sent to the spam box with a lot of people. After getting the code from that take it to

thanks for the replys i will try dl it from amazon. i thought since i was already on the beta i wouldnt need to. i used a buddy pass on the first one so i thought i would pay for this round. hope it works.

if you have a 1.0 account you can download it.

If you have 1.0 bonus items from the mog ingame, then you have a 1.0 account.
You cannot register the CE code in that case.

I'm sort of in the same boat. I originally had the CE for 1.0.

However, upon finally getting into beta phase 3 I noticed my account no longer had my previous characters on it. I assumed they were deleted for inactivity which I didn't mind. But upon further investigation they have me as never registering my C.E. at all. My original 1.0 is no where to be found.

Now, I don't have the C.E. carry over for 2.0. I also never rcvd my code for being able to play on the P.C. without rebuying it. I did buy the PS3 version. But I refuse to buy the C.E. again as I have purchased it once already in 2010....

Any help in this matter would be great.

P.S. been trying to contact SE via chat support and emails to get it rectified since August 16th to no avail.
